I've seen these advertised in with a couple of investment newsletters recently, but can't say when these started appearing. Wasn't some of the SS Republic holdered with "Shipwreck Effect" on the holders also?
easy to do when you have about 50 rolls of Morgans to submit...cheaper for submitter because they can batch and it does not tie up an experienced grader.
It's still an MS Morgan, it's just does not have a number grade.

Yes they do. Both NGC and PCGS have sold coins just graded BU.

mass labeling...they are all dated and graded BU
