Grade went up, designation went away of Franklin FBL

I have a upgraded Franklin that was a PCGS-65FBL, sent in for upgrade, and came back plain 66. How could that happen?

If you sent the coin in under our regrade service (i.e. in our holder), the designation should not have disappeared.

Amended to add: If this was the case, please send it back in and we'll fix it for you.
