Grade went up, designation went away of Franklin FBL

I have a upgraded Franklin that was a PCGS-65FBL, sent in for upgrade, and came back plain 66. How could that happen?
Today's mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground.

If you sent the coin in under our regrade service (i.e. in our holder), the designation should not have disappeared.
