T206 Ghost Images, How well do these grade?

Bought this last night, just wondering from anyone else's experience how well do these grade? I'm guessing it would be a 4, outside chance of a 5 with less detailed graders. Or is a ghost image put this down to a 2? Would love other opinions....Also...ever seen it spelled out on the label, ghost image?

I don't think the ink on the reverse will affect the grade any - 4, maybe a 5, sounds right - but I also don't think that's much of a ghost on back.
