It looks like and EF40/45, but I am slightly concerned by what appear to be two test marks or divots. One on the obverse near the meeting of the neck and bustlines and the other on the reverse beneath the wing under the E PLURIBUS.
I know its not a "classic"; but this "goddess" needs to be included. I finally was able to pick one up the other day (PCGS PF69). This is a very pretty coin in hand. The way "Nike" and "Liberty" seem to float above the fields is very attractive. I "borrowed" this pic as I haven't had time to take pictures yet...

Whatever the grade, it's a beautiful coin.
