AT or NT on this business strike IHC

If you believe it to be AT, why, and what do you think the cause of toning is/was. If NT, how do you believe the coin was stored to obtain toning like this.

Just curious to see what everyone thinks.

Even if you are unsure as to whether or not the coin is AT or NT, do you find the coin attractive.

NT.....I think the coin might have been lightly cleaned and retoned with the Purple as we see on a lot of Business strike IHC's......but I wouldn't consider the coin to be AT. The coverage isn't full so it's not a coin that would pull much of a premium for the toning unless the obverse is colorful.

Looks like it might have been stored in a paper envelope for a while. looks OK to me

Here is the OBV, In case you are wondering the coin is a 64RB. The colors are more vibrant then the pics would suggest. Even more so when the coin is tilted.

It does not have those "wild circus" colors that are always mentioned with AT and the progression of color changes is blended evenly suggesting that this 20th Century copper has toned over decades and not days.

It looks to me like an AU that has been in an envelope or album and the high points that have rub that toned darker than the rest of it.
To answer you question, no, I personally don't see anything attractive about it.
