Yeah, I called PCGS - they said that most were returned but they did throw some away. I really doubt they got "thrown away"- even the little Silver box is handy, but I'm surprised they even had ANY. Who wouldn't pay $2 to have it sent back? No one that is spending decent $ much for a submission, so the answer's gotta be that some folks just didn't know they could have them returned. Strange.
