Need Help: (Possible Steel Cent Error of 1944 & 1934)!

Here I have photo's of two steel cents I won from a lot of coins on an Ebay auction. The lot included a number of Lincoln cents from all dates and grades containing counterstamp marks from the free masons. I could not see dates when the auction took place, nor did I care, this was purely for the counterstamp. And because I could tell there were two steel cents I figured them to be 1943. Well, these two steel cents show the dates of 1944 and 1934! Are these error coins or are they fake or altered pieces?

I figured they wouldn't be authentic, but that I would give them a whirl. Thanks.
