DDR 1964d Washington question

I recently slabbed a nice 1964d Washington PCGS MS66 and on closer inspection of the reverse I noticed strong doubling of the mint mark, strong doubling of QUARTER DOLLAR, medium doubling of ED STATES OF AMERI, doubling along the lateral right (eagles) wing, medial left wing, right neck, and arrow tips, as well as a divot on the right breast/wing interface. I do not see any doubling of the wreath or E PLURIBUS UNUM. I don't know much about die doubling, but this seems to be more than mechanical doubling to me. Any comments would be appreciated.
