CW Coin Values picture grading

I see on page 45 of coin values by Coin World a depiction of a VF30 half dime. Next to it I see an EF 40 coin depicted. Now, honestly which coin is the VF? Not the one depicted as being so. A picture typo? Or What? I mean look at the EF coin Ms. Liberty has a hole in her arm. Yes, this article serves
to make grading easier and more
fun.
I like this magazine very much. Sincerely.

Part of the problem in the AU grades in particular is that you're looking at luster in addition to wear. A coin might have the same amount of wear, but if one is much less lustrous than the other one could be a 50 and the other a 55.

Did you know that California has more lawyers, per capita, than any other state? And did you know that New Jersey has more toxic waste sites than any other state? And do you know why? New Jersey got to pick first.
