Now, wait a minute! You mean to tell me you know your coin world
is going to be delievered 5 days from now? I usually get two a week
then skip a week then two in one day. I got two NN today.

I haven't gotten the last one for November yet.

As to what the quote means, well it could refer to other dealers who may now be in trouble because maybe Noe is talking in order to help get a reduction of sentence, or it could be government people who should have been providing oversight and either weren't and didn't for a "reason"?
