Anyone heard of what the December specials will be?

    I would like to see a set special. Send in a minimum 25 percent of the total cards from any set no matter the value or maximum value of 500.00 dollars for 5.00 dollars a card. EX. 100 card set you must submit at least 25 cards. I'm sick of the 75.00 dollar maximum because when you have cards that are only a couple hundred dollars they get left behind being put into a stack until you have enough to send in under the 25 card minimum. Problem is that if you collect pre 1972 and cards after 1972 you have to wait till you get 25 cards for
    each cut off !! Drives me nuts !! Just like the last special. I have only 1 card from 1971 OPC. A Ken Dryden Rookie. I cannot submit it under
    any of the specials and i am not about to send in 1 card. Waste of money for shipping back and forth. Card should come back a PSA 8
    I sent in 6 subs but i could not send in this 1 card because the value is over 75.00 dollars ??? I should really say 5 subs because 1 sub is the usual Mechanical Error. People do make mistakes so i don't ever get on PSA for this because i know i will be sending another sub down the line. I sent in 2 for the pre 1972 and 2 for 1972 to present. and then i did a tallboy bulk for 8.00 dollars a card.
    So if i recall i sent in just over 190 cards but i couldn't send 1 card because the value was to high. That really sucks. I'll probably have to
    wait till my membership runs out so i can send in as one of my freebies !!

    EZY,

    Do you have any PSA dealers near you? See if you can piggyback your one card with one of their subs.

    Hey Steve,

    If you've only got one card to submit, I'd submit it for you. I've got a batch waiting to go out early next week, hopefully with a great December special. You can send me the card and a check with return postage and it'll be take care of! It ships for free to PSA and from PSA since I'll have cards with it.
