Help me guess the grade

Hey Guys,
I have a 2 part question:
(1) What grade do you think PSA would give these 2 Clemens rookies? They are right out of freshly ripped packs and 80% of the cards that came out of the box have this chipping or rough edge on the bottom. Because of it I don't think they will grade higher than an 8, maybe even a 7 if I get the grader of death!
(2) If I was to sell these raw, what Beckett type grade would you give them? Out of Ex-mint, Mint, and Nr-mint, I would give them a Mint grade.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Raw = NrMint-Mint...or NrMint+ ( that is how I would list)......you cannot say mint!

<< <i>Can someone tell me why the edges are like that straight out of the pack? >>
You never know what to expect.
I opened a sealed factory set of 1985 Donruss, and around 8 cards had huge wrinkles on them.

Rough/chipped edges like that are usually due to a dull blade cutting them at the factory when they were produced.
