What does this WLH grade?

I'm about to send this one in for grading...anyone care to take a shot at the grade? Funny, I didn't notice the small die gouge down the rim from AMERICA until I enlarged the photos.

It's a beauty! I would go with a 64/65 assuming the weakness on the obverse is strike related.

I'll say 63-64, and quite a frosty reverse. It's very nice looking.
