Great Prices From 1981

Check out these sell prices on some top players cards. Seller lists these as "EX - MINT OR BETTER". This ad is from Baseball Cards magazine - Autumn 1981. Wow, wish I had known then what I know now.

<< <i>It's all relative. $1500 for a '52 Mantle back then was probably considered pricey. >>
Agreed. The price for the 1970 Bench REALLY pops out at me as being high, even for these times.
Neat sheet, though, thanks for posting it!
Now collecting:
Topps Heritage
1957 Topps BB Ex+-NM
All Yaz Items 7+
Various Red Sox
Did I leave anything out?
I love seeing these old price guides. One of the first posts I made here included some scans of pages from a Card Collectors Company guide from around 1963. I don't mean to hijack your thread -- it's just fun to "shop" around!
btw, I've put the company's logo in my signature line just for fun.
