Footbal Cards wanted

Good day All,
Hope somebody can help me. I am a Non Sport guy so don't know diddly about Sports cards. My 9 year old son has just got into Footbal cards in the last three months. And so he wants all these different box sets for Chritsmas. I went to one of the local stores and was astounded by the prices they want. Two of the box sets he wants are $39.00 and $59.00 and just for a couple of hundred cards each. And that was just the two boxes they had. So here is where I need some help. My son is not looking for collectible cards yet, he just wants cards. Does anybody have a quantity of 2005/ 2006 commons or the like, they can give me some sort of Bulk deal on. His favorite teams are the Steelers and the Broncos. So bottom line is I'm looking for a large quantity of cards as affordable as possible. Or any suggestions would be appreciated.

Actually Collect Non Sport, but am just so full of myself I post all over the place !!!!!!!
