Where is the best online dealer to buy 1970s Topps complete sets?

As you may already know, my ultimate dream (when I get the proper funds of course) is to acquire all the 1970s Topps sets, beginning with 1976-79, then 1974-75, and then "backwards" one year at a time (1973, then 1972, then 1971, etc). But if I was to try this on Ebay, I'd have to end up buying from different dealers and probably get rather inconsistent quality (not to mention the risk of running into a bad shipping job). Thus, are there any good online dealers that specialize in vintage complete sets in at least NRMT or better (stars and commons alike)?

If you are looking for consistency you may try Larry Fritsch although his prices are higher however the quality should be there.
