    yes...someone chime in.

I signed up for the rebate but don't remember how it even works.

THere's a PS2 game my boy wants. I've found it on ebay via BIN for 32.00. Would that work?

Goose, it has to be above $50 to get the rebate. Aka a $50 item would be a $30 item.
  • two more questions p8nt or anyone
    1) i signed up and didn't receive an email or anything with any promotional code etc...
how do i actually obtain the rebate
    2) does it have to be a buy it now
  • You have to have already signed up otherwise no fish. Here's the official blurb:

pay for purchase in full through paypal as normal. paypal will at a later date automatically add $20.00 to the
    account balance.
no promotional code to enter in or anything.
just has to be an item over 50 bucks.

Umm, are we sure this isn't phishing? It's not going to the paypal.com domain...

Do a Google or Yahoo search on:

    paypal $20 rebate 2006

and a person will see hundreds of sites showing this news. The details are well hidden, so I am glad I saved the blurb.

  • here's a little more info.

you should use the ebay checkout with the pay now option. payment must be made to a seller with a business
account. i.e... someone that accepts credit cards

there will be a follow up email confirming that your purchase met the eligibility requirements

4-6 weeks for the $20.00 to show up in your paypal account.
  • ttt for anyone who's forgot about saving 20 bucks
