Any ideas what this is? (Ancient coin)

I've had this for a while, but I can't figure out exactly what it is. I suspect it's a Roman coin, used in Greece or the eastern provinces.
It's bronze or copper, Approx 24mm diameter, 4 mm thick
On the obverse it has portrait facing right, with what appears to be a wreath on head
The inscription appears to be in Greek. It's certainly not latin.
On the reverse, there's a female in a doorway with a bird in left hand, and what appears to be a snake in raised right hand. I presume this is Athena.
There's Letter L to left and Pi to rightof the figure.
Any ideas?
