I found this ad in a 1964 "Rolling Stones Fan Magazine" which was oriented towards pre-teen girls:

but this ad rings a very distinctive bell. Maybe comic books, my dad's Playboys, Boy's Life, Coin World, Coinage,
Ranger Rick, The Bar Collectors Club, who knows, but I definately remember it from some publication.
