While I am not making up excuses, these are very difficult to grade because the strikes are often of poor quality. It looks as if the dies are slightly misaligned... looks to AU if there is lustre. The eagle's breast feathers for the early dates are rarely complete. I like it.

Yes it did come back NGC AU 50 with some luster on the coin. I am trying to improve my photography.
