I searched the 5 rolls of 1967 Kennedy Halves I received at the bank and...

I found 4 halves with doubling of the reverse letters like this one:

Is this a major doubling of the R in dollar and ICA of America (or machine)?

And I found 4 in better than MS65 condition such as this one:

Any advice as to whether I should submit these would be helpful.

Thanks.

P.S. sorry the pics are not great.

I know jack about Kennedies (ha ha), but it sure looks like strike doubling (machine doubling) to me

I thought machine doubling as well, but wondered if anyone here has come across this on Kennedy's.

Wayne, I would purchase an MS66 in a PCGS holder. Use it for comparison purposes. If any of those you found qualify, submit (my opinion). As for the machine doubling, it's not too significant as I have found it on many Kennedy halves and even on Franklins. The first one I found was on a 1970 D in the mint packaging and I thought it was special, til I joined here image

Machine doubling is VERY common on Kennedy Halves.
