Why can't I find this card?

I have been looking for a 1971 Topps Greatest Moments Lou Brock for 2 years now. I cannot seem to find one, even though it is double printed. If it is double printed, then why am I having so much trouble locating one. I have seen one in 2 years and it was a PSA 8 with a price tag of over $200. I just want one is lesser condition. I have looked on Ebay and searched the internet and still cannot locate one. Any ideas where I might find one?

Thank you! I will consider the EX. I have some cards at PSA. If they grade well, I will probably call him and make an offer.

Brock is one of the tougher cards in the set, no doubt. If you saw a PSA 8 Brock for $200, could you let me know where it is? The reason I ask, besides the incredibly low price, is that there are no 8s in the pop report. Even if it was double-printed, which I don't think it was, having one in that condition would be a great find. Finding one for $200 is even better. I got, IIRC, over $300 in trade for a 6 I once owned.
    WANTED:
2005 Origins Old Judge Brown #/20 and Black 1/1s, 2000 Ultimate Victory Gold #/25

Rare Grady Sizemore parallels, printing plates, autographs

    Nothing on ebay

Geez, I'd be happy with just an EX 1971 Topps set. About the only way I could ever realistically afford it.

I am sorry. It wasn't a PSA 8. It was a PSA 6. That is why I was so shocked, because it wasn't even NM.

And good luck with Dave trying to knock him down on price. He still has all those cards for a reason.
