PCGS dropped my 2001 buffalo why and how?

I have a modern comm set and when I went back to add a few more comms I noticed that my 2001 Buffalo it not listed. I tried to re enter but it would not take it and says it is not a valid number. I was added over a year ago and when they changed the site is when I had the problem. Anyone else ahd this problem and what can I do about it?

    If you had read the email or the messages from BJ, you would know that there were a few glitches with the change to the new software.
    All you have to do is send her an email with a scan of the front and back of the coin in question and she will take care of it for you.
    Very simple and very quick.

    No sense in getting all riled up. Yahoo has been on the fritz for more than 5 days now and it takes 2 to 3 days before I get most of my email. I just noticed another coin that did not take and I made a scan of front and back of both and emailed it to customer service. So yes I am doing my part! Thank you
