The DP$ is coming!

In another forum a large part of the threads are about the pros, cons, shoulds, coulds, and whatsists of the upcoming Deadpres Dollar series. How come there seems to be so little discussion of them here?

You're not paying attention, are you? There have been many threads, going back years.
2. The coins will be struck in Cr@@py alloy
no silver or gold.
3. Too much material is pouring forth from the Mint.
4. The Mint changes the rules of the game, too many times

The one thing in the Prexybucks' favor is the fact that they should be able to be had for face value. For a dollar, I'll add a George Washington buck to my collection, no problem.
<< <i>Soon to be eBay dogs along with the expensive gold better half coins. I would only buy a few of the president's wife's coins like Martha, Abigail, Dolly, Eleanor and Jackie to name a few. >>
As much as I abhor the modern Mint nonsense, I would likely consider buying the least popular and lowest mintage of the First Lady pieces. I also wonder if they'll sidestep Buchanan on that one or make it an intriguing bustless obverse. If the latter, high grade examples might be tough with that much field exposed.
