Bust Half - clipped and dipped. ENRB on ebay?

Interesting web auction for bust half. Has nice clip to it but the coin has been dipped to death. Is there any value left in this coin?
What is this "ENRB" he talks about in is coin ad?
"This dealer is registered by the EBay Numismatic Sellers Board (ENRB) an eBay hosted numismatic
discussion group, and has agreed to comply to ENRB ethical standards and arbitration decisions.
The ENRB can be joined here: http://groups.ebay.com/forum.jspa?forumID=300013802"
Do they have published ethical standards and has anyone tried their arbitration service? Or is this a "support your favorite shyster" groupie?

I agree the coin's been dipped to hellenback, but the picture probably makes it look a little worse than it is.
Here's the link to the ENRB.
Sounds like a self-appointed posse, but good for them. In the Wild West atmosphere of eBay, it's good to know there are a few posses around when the cavalry is nowhere nearby.
<< <i>Do they have published ethical standards >>
Yes, they apparently do. I found that in a link from their charter page on eBay.
What the heck, I might join them, after reading up a bit.
<< <i>I joined the ENRB. What the heck, why not? >>
Congratulations, you're now a registered shyster.
Dare ye bring the full wrath and power of the ENRB down upon thyself? I think not! Begone, mortal!
<< <i>Since when is a major rim ding called a clip? >>
Since never. KoinDawg called it a clip- I don't see anywhere where the seller did.
I do see an ACG-holdered coin in that seller's offerings, however, and if one reads item 20 in the ENRB's ethical standards list, I guess we can infer that ACG isn't blacklisted. Hm.
<< <i>20. No registered dealer will sell items authenticated or graded by
any service blacklisted by this group, unless they mention the
authentication / grading service is disapproved of by this group in
the sale. >>
Not a clip but a rim ding. Yes there is value left---use it as a pocket piece--wear it down to po1 and get it graded. People collect P01 coins.
