So that must mean they are two weeks old - NO ?? I think we are finally into the fouth World Generation Holders ... Nothing on the net so its a fly by the seat of yer pants oufit ... I think I will go buy 200 coins right now heheh
Could you elaborate a little on the company who encapsulates the coins you sell ? Is there guarantee of grade, authenticity and such ? Your item was pointed out to me through a coin forum and I'd like to invite you to open dialogue with other collectors and dealers of coins. The coin looks close to a proper grade, but I'd like to dispel doubts and hear from the seller of such coins. Thanks, Joe
Here is a Lincoln cent.... Let's ask the Meister : Is this an MS66 by PCGS (I know you cannot judge from pics)
edit to add : The thread link is to a PEACE dollar, but I found this also along with several. MS66 is about the most I can afford when buying PCGS graded wheat cents in the forties. I have enough to tell you that this is closer to a 64 on the obverse than it is to a 66. (of course, this is Y-eye-work)
History ...Primarily due to the advent of television and Internet coin sales, a wave of new collectors has entered the coin marketplace over the last ten plus years. Whereas the original buyers of "Slabbed" Coins were primarily interested in the coin, many of these new collectors are are also interested in the coin holder itself. What does it look like, does it have eye appeal, how safe is it? are questions in the minds of this much larger group .
In response to the needs of this new group of collectors, Numispro was established to provide collectors with one of the safest and most graphically appealing holders in the industry....

Products The Numispro Slab relies on State of the Art US Technology The Numispro Slab is one the strongest, safest and most tamper proof coin holders in the industry. Unlike many holders which are manufactured in China, the Numispro Holder is manufactured in The USA of durable Plexiglas®, and each holder is Sonically welded. We have seen several different holders recently that can be "cracked" open in your bare hand! We feel such a feat with a Numispro holder would require the strength of Hercules.
We at Numispro have spent many man hours and great expense to design what we feel is the most attractive coin holder in the industry. The background of the label features a montage of Gold Coins printed in metallic gold ink, and we've eliminated the distracting bar code from the label (does anyone really use it?) to create a fresh, crisp and very attractive appearance.
Numispro holders are pleasing to the eye, and unlike many other slabs, the holder itself highlights the positive aspects of the coin to a degree we feel is unparalleled in the industry. These features are what coin collectors want.

The grade seems to be right on but coins as you know are subjective. I offer a money back policy so buy with confidence
I have a hard time buying anything with confidence
The coin looks too small for the hole in the holder. This grading company isn't ready for prime time.

Don't suppose you could get some of that tape made somewhere do ya? I like that grade, AU60. They evidently use their own grading scale too. Best wishes, Pete

The name is LEE!
To give their slabs an aura of authenticity they should get some of this tape.

Grading MS63 silver dollars isn't that difficult to do. I'll be impressed when I see an accurately graded MS67 or DMPL in one of their holders.

That tape is hysterical......personalized by vendor, yet this tape gives you the "security" you demand.
<< <i>For all we know this could be a legit company that is trying their best to accurately grade coins. >>
True, but it doesn't matter. They could be as serious as possible but they would get taken seriously here because they are not PCGS.

Maybe they are trying, the grade looks good but how about the grading style of the one swampboy showed...notice the grade???

So what gets voided if the tape is torn ? The tape, the plastic or the coin's grade/authenticity ?
Best wishes,
