I just picked this up on e-bay Someone did a nice job! Do you think it was hand carved. or stamped?

when I purchased a $1 gold dollar with the intention of turning it into a 'love token' for my then fiance/now wife, I couldn't find ANYONE who would do the initials manually, or ever give it a shot

to her initials were machined. I was pretty shocked, there's alot of charm to a manual job. these are some skills !

ps yes, it was ALREADY a love token, I had a jeweler "clean off" the previous initials, it wasn't an intact dollar
