    The one with the Silver Eagle is merely a "made-up" set. Only has one State quarter instead of 5. Shouldn't include the Silver Eagle. The second one is the way the mint packages them. And a tougher one to find.

    It is an interesting way to sell a BU SAE with coins from one's pocket (aside from the half which isn't much more than a buck or two).

    Also interesting to see that the '99 Silver sets seem to be declining ( a few months back, they were ~$350ish or so, if I recall)

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
