New issue says that the Mint will sell the fractional Buffalo sizes in "Uncirculated" with the W and in Proof directly to collectors, but will not be selling them in the regular bullion finish to the regular bullion distributors. THey will also be selling the one ounce size in "Uncirculated-W."
