Help with 1996-97 Mystery Finest Refractors - Questions

I just came across (for a little of nothing) a 1996-97 Topps Mystery Finest Michael Jordan Refractor with a border. I am seeing all kinds of different versions in a 2001 price guide (the newest basketball price guide that I have). I see the borderless, bordered, super teams, not superteams. The 2001 Beckett that I have shows the Jordan at $250 on the high side. Then it says that the super team cards are .1x to .5x hi column. What are the super team cards? Is that just another version? Could someone give me the approximate values of all versions? Mine is at PSA, and I am expecting a PSA 9 or even a 10. I was just wondering what kind of value it would have.
