Which company offers a Washington Quarters album for 1965-1998 quarters?

I took a quick look at the Whitman site, and I only saw albums for 1932-1998. They had a US Mint album for 1965-1998, but there were no details about it (such as whether it in the Whitman style with sliding plastic, etc.). Does anyone know which companies make the 1965-1998 albums and where I should get one?
