Using Coupon Codes/Promos to Save $$$ on ebay and paypal

Since you guys use ebay and paypal a lot, have you run into any coupon codes so far?

I have tried looking for them, but only found ones that are expired.

Please share on here if you found something that works. I know all of us buy stuff off of ebay, so this will help everyone.

Anybody know how this is going to work? I signed up also, I didn't get an e-mail from Paypal. I just went to pay for something over $50 and there weren't any discounts attached?

According to the site:

The Cash Rebate will be deposited into the participants' paypal accounts within 6 to 8 weeks after 12/31/06. Limit one registration and one $20 rebate per person and/or paypal Account.

I won an auction for a wax box of superman cards that cost $60. I have already signed up at the paypal site you guys suggested. Now what do I do. Do I go directly to the ebay AUCTION site and pay there or do I go through paypal and pay in that manner. Or do I wait for an email of an invoice and just pay via LINK. What do I do to ensure I get the $20 8 weeks after December?

I remember the paypal site (which is no longer available via the link above) also offered free shipping on ebay. How does that work?

Buy on the Bay and use Paypal to pay before 12/31.

It may be specific only to those that it was sent to but give it a try.

Tried it last night and didn't get a discount

The COUPON4VIP discount is account specific. It doesn't say the reason it was given, but I used it last night and it the discount said something like "Top 1% Recognition Program". I guess I buy way too much on ebay.
