    I hate those carbon deals from PSA.

    It was working as recently as Sunday night. I used it for 2 submissions. It was aboard member who set it up, but I forgot who it was. Does anyone have a spreadsheet that we can use? If I remember correctly VirtualLizard was our resident Excel expert. Has anyone heard from him lately?

    The page is great, but how do you type in your Acct #, Name , address, etc.?

    Can you print off one from PSA (to get your sub number) with your member information and put "see attached form" with the 100 line form??

    I'm sure you can. I'm going to use the the submission form from PSA and than use lines 25-100 to continue my submission.
    It would have been easier though to have all the cards on one sub, but this works too.
