Newp: my first Peace Counterstamp. What does the lustre tell you ?

Saw this on Saturday at the local shop. I couldnt resist for $20. From what I see on the bay, this is about right for it, so it's no "rip".

It's got crazy lustre. I dont think this is cleaned because I dont see hairlines, and under mag there's no whizz or other odd-patterns. but it's not a spalding-guide cartwheel. Am I missing something in my "problemed coin" diagnostic steps ?

One of these sold in the Stacks 9/2006 auction for $180. I think you did quite well for $20, and the winning bidders on eBay did great also.
