I just bought my first coin from them (pics below), and saw several others I would have loved to have (based on the pictures at least). I had never seen anything before I thought worth asking about, so perhaps the pictures are making a difference.
It's funny that they just changed their technique for image acquisition since at the Baltimore show I told them bluntly what I thought of their images and how it may affect their business. Perhaps they listened?
I got on their case about the images some time ago, and they were very interested to hear what I had to say ... I think other board members may have done the same. They were responsive and started trying to make improvements. And now they are finally beginning to get it right !! it can only help them in the long run ...
I agree. Their previous pictures were awful. The new pics are great.

It does appear their pictures aren't as grainy as they used to be with some evidence of luster. They have nice coins, I'm glad to see they are taking considerable action in upping their photo quality.
Disclaimer: I have no financial interest in Pinnacle. I haven't bought anything from them in at least 2 years. Just went there and saw much improved pics. I hadn't bought anything from them for a while for mainly that reason, as they do carry some stuff that I like on occasion.
