What percent of PCGS price guide to discount on Morgans

When estimating a price on (untoned) morgan dollars, how much do you generally discount pcgs price guide (if at all)?

There is no across the board discount percentage as there are two many variables with each coin. Same grades can have significantly different values based on the accuracy of the grade +/-, the eye appeal of the coin, the market demand for a specific issue, etc. Much better to use auction archives to get a handle on it.
