    It looks like PCGS Franklins only come out on the third week of the month. I cannot find how to buy that specific weeks issue

    2door ; in my opinion the Bluesheet is absolutly worthless in determining Franklin prices . Years ago I studied it - but I haven`t even glanced at one in 5 years !
