A slightly OT/ebay question

If someone takes advantage of a return policy is there a way to file to get the ebay fees back? I know there is for a NPB, but this guy paid, just didn't like it. Thanks

Seller must file an unpaid item dispute. Sounds unfriendly, but there is an option to indicate that seller and buyer mutually agree not to complete the transaction (i.e. item returned). Buyer is asked to concur that it is mutual; fees are returned to seller and ebay does not consider this action to be negative toward either seller or buyer. - Preussen
