I recently left feedback for a seller. Within seconds I was left feedback from them. Is there a way to set feedback on autopilot? If so, how?

some of the larger sellers use seller management tools for listing assistance, billing and leaving feedback. they are out there but I don't know the details of who provides those services. another seller who does not leave feedback first!!! they should be banned!
