Are ASEs the only ones that Got Milk?

I'm wondering why I don't hear about milk spots on other modern MS US Mint coins. Is there something special about how MS ASEs are created that's different than say the SF Old Mint MS and Franklin dollar commems?

Nope, not the only coins. The problem also occurs on late 1950's and early 1960's proofs.
