1998 Silver Eagle Proof with no C of A - what canI sell it for or can I buy the CoA?

I got it from the Mint like I do every year, but misplaced the paper. I've been assuming I'll find the CoA somewhere - I never would have tossed it- but nothing so far. Does this make it worthless? Is there a way to purchase the CoA, maybe from someone who cracked out or doesn't use the case. I have the original blue box, and a nice clean plush case, and a perfect coin. I don't HAVE to sell, especialy for spot, but has anyone had this happen? This is for a 1998 proof Silver Eagle. thanks, mike
