    Old news but current news.

    Lord Microvan (as 1jester calls him) has what we'd call a certain...presence.

    When he wears the holey vestment and hat at a show he is a magnet for every newsperson around- very photogenic.

    Thankfully he is also a generous, insightful, knowledgeable representative of the world of Numismatics, not just another pretty face.image

    Yes, I would agree. When I was hanging around here regularly about 2 years ago (before I started my jaunts to England and didn't have time to post here anymore) I found him to be one of the more knowledgeable, personable and overall entertaining posters here. I frequently either have a hearty laugh or moment of deep insight after reading one of his posts.
