Adventures with BGS

I actually like the BGS product for modern cards but they obviously have some CS issues to contend with. I might just have to start sending modern cards to PSA since BGS cannot seem to figure out how to get stuff to my door. Here is a long story (for a message board)....
The first hassel in mid October:
Somebody at BGS or FedEx managed to enter the wrong street number on my 21 card BGS package. I called up FedEx after the tracking site mentioned incorrect address and was told they can deliver it in a few days. I said I want it quicker and was told I could pick it up no earlier than Tuesday. By the time I get my package my BGS 10-day sub with FedEx 2-day delivery took 22 days (and I had to pick it up). I sent BGS an e-mail asking if the source of the error was with them. Here is the actual text and almost humorous response.
My Message:
I am attempting to track down the source of a shipping error. Due to a wrong address on my FedEx shipment I will need to pick up my package from the FedEx location or wait many more days to get it delivered. FedEx has 15th Ave in their system when my address is 18th Ave. I could be wrong here but my writing is usually clearly legible on any important document. Perhaps this was a BGS or FedEx data entry error. Either way is nonsense as my guaranteed 10-day turnoround with 2-day FedEx service will have ballooned into a three week escapade by the time I can get my package.
Cheers...
Humorous Beckett Response:
Please use the tracking number listed below to track your package. If you need any other assistance, please let us know.

I emailed BGS again with this message:
Perhaps my message (attached) was misinterpreted. I have been tracking the package and FedEx has an incorrect local address as stated in the tracking log. I will pick up the package myself at the local distribution center on Tuesday due to the address error. My original question is simple. Do you folks have an error in my address on file (if you use a file) or was this a simple data entry error by either BGS or FedEx? Should I choose to send more cards to BGS after this snaffu I'd like simple peace of mind knowing all parties have the proper address so this is less likely to happen again.
Cheers...
Beckett responded with a confirmation of my proper address.
*ROUND 2*
After the above communication FedEx cannot deliver yesterday becuause of the same address error.
Wouldn't you know it. BGS makes the same damn mistake twice in less than a month. HEY BGS!!! I live on EIGHTEENTH AVE not on FIFTEENTH AVE. How many times do you have to hit someone over the head with a crowbar before they are responsive? Apparently with BGS, if you hit them over the head with a crowbar, the crowbar will break. That is how thick the skulls are down in north Texas. Unfortunately address errors are not part of the written guarantee. I call FedEx and they clearly stated the address on the pacakage is what BGS gave them. I sent an e-mail to BGS yesterday afternoon with no response (yet). The BGS web page doesn't have a phone number but someone of the Beckett message board directed me to one. I call the number and got either the machine or someone's cell voice mail: I'm [so-and-so] and will be out of the office from Nov 17-Nov 21. Please leave a name and number and I'll get back to you. Yuck. I'd rather pay an extra buck a card so BGS can have an employee available to speak with during business hours.
I called FedEx yesterday to give them the proper address and tracking says the package is on the truck this morning (hopefully with the updated address).
At least when the package arrives I'll get to open up a 20/20 gem mint sub. The two Frank Thomas leaf rookies where purchased raw off the other venue, the late 90's Twins cards were from Beckett dealers, and most of the Hockey was either busted from packs or purchased at shows 10-15 years ago.
