Anyone looking for a 1955-D Jefferson with 4.75 steps?

A local guy has a pcgs MS65 mint set toner that has steps amazingly close to full. He wants $500-600, I could prolly jew him down to around $400.

I think it's a lot of coin for the money, but I'm not a Jeff guy.
