Resubmitting a 20th Anniv/First Strike reverse proof silver Eagle for regrade

If I submit a PR69 coin for regrade, will it go back into a First Strike 20th Anniversary holder after it's cracked out and regraded by PCGS - hopefully at a PR-70?image

    If the coin comes to us in a PCGS First Strike 20th Anniversary holder for a regrade, it will retain the special designation whether it upgrades or not.
