i ran across 4 - 78 topps hockey packs and yielded a mike bossy. i know nothing about hockey other than this is bossy's rookie year and i don't even know who bossy is other than recent ebay sales. hoping for a 9. i sent it to psa today.

Not by be but my wife. She buys my youngest and I a pack everytime she goes to Target. She bought me a pack of Upper Deck Baseballl on Sat. and I pulled a Glavine jersey and she bought me a pack of Topps Turkey Red on Tue. and I pulled a Dan Johnson Auto card. Nothing too special but kinda cool. She was more excited than I was. heh heh now I got her where I want her.

I HAD the same problem with my kids.....they never wanted to help out or go to shows...UNTIL....last month while at a show a dealer had the Guaranteed jersey/autograph packs....
not that I support this..because to me it's searching and taboo...

BUT....he had American Idol packs!!!! That's where the catch is....see...I can get my kids to do just about anything for those packs...especially when they all have auto's in them....
to me..it's junk....to them...GOLD....

Now, they make their beds..clean their rooms...sort cards....and can't wait for the next pack to come out of hiding...

now THAT'S having them right where you want them!! lol

My boys have a similar system. I put majority Dodgers and other players in envelopes. Commons, Gu, Autos ect. and when they're good they get to pick one at random (no envelope searching allowed ! lol) Now EVERYDAY when I get home my youngest (4 y.o.) comes to me and says " Lets talk about if I have been good or not. " It works very well. He used to have a hard time accepting he cant get one everyday reguardless of good behavior. When he starts to act up all I need to say is remember the envelopes. Works everytime. Now if I could only find something to dangle over the wifes head.

Try cash in an envelope. Seems to work well with most wives
