Who is the high buyer for high grade IKE toners??

I am expecting some awesome coins from PCGS in a few weeks.

Including two 73-P's and a 74-P, all with probable 66 potential. Really nice album toning, gold rims fade to blue , then violet centers. Not knock-your-socks-off color, but still, extremely attractive.

Is there smoeone that pays strong for this type of material?
