Maybe it's just my monitor, but I thought you were selling an empty multiholder(?) for a second.
Then I noticed some denticles and a little detail on the item in the bottom row, so I realized there must be something inside those black holes.
I took the liberty of brightening the picture of your item a little, and now I see what it is.
Aha. That explains the "denticles".
Wow. I didn't realize they made those back in 1889.

As tempting as it may be I wouldn't recommend cracking it out. It might be a little stale by now.
