McFarlane Statues - Hand Painted Special Order

Does anyone recall the website or who the person was who could take a McFarlane statue and repaint it and make it look like anyone you wanted it to if you provided a photo? I know it was a few years ago when I read about it, so not sure if he does it anymore or not....any info would be appreciated....thanks...

Rick

This site has some pretty cool custom stuff.

  • This is some of my hockey stuff
    Customs
Go to the Spawn website to the sportscollecting discussion board as there is a single link to many of the customizers on the board. may have to search for it as it isn't always bumped near the top.

Is that link for your personal site or just who you use to buy your customs from ?

I've had this site bookmarked for a while. Mostly football.

I'm not this guy and I haven't ordered anything from him, but his feedback seems good.
  • That's my site, I pretty much only do vintage hockey though. I only keep autographed goalies for myself.

Sweet re-paints beezer. I especially like the Sawchuk and Ken Dryden. The masks looks great, the other Sawchuk's I've seen on eBay here and there over the years fail in comparison.

  • Thanks, I just did a 12 inch Dryden out of the Patrick Roy which I'm keeping for myself. I am just about finished a Palmateer Capitals and Dunc Wilson Canucks just for the unique masks they wore. They should look pretty nice, someone should enjoy owning them I hope.
  • I'd love to see the Palmateer (Caps) when it's finished.

    Thanks.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

Those are sweet. Must be a laborious process. Am blown away.
