Do they make penny sleeves for big cards?

What would they be called? Nickel sleeves?
I know PSA wants subs to be in penny sleeves and CSI's but what do you do when you've got tall boys or oversized cards? I found some CS4s so I've got that end covered, anyone know if they make larger penny sleeves?
Thanks

Those might work length X width but my fear is that the depth will prevent them from securely holding the card in the CS ... or not even being able to get it into a CS. The CSs don't seem like they're meant for flexibility on the depth side.
How do you guys send in your tall boy subs?

There should be no problem just using the CS IV's.

If someone buys it someone will make it. Below are the sleeves that I use for modern, vintage, and tall boy.
